Emergency Service
In most cases Total Climate Control will get to your home within 24 hours of an emergency breakdown of your PRIMARY Heating or Cooling system. In the event this is not possible due to extreme weather and call volume you will be placed on the high priority list above nonmembers to serve you as fast as possible
120 Day No Breakdown Guarantee
Once Total Climate Control performs annual maintenance on your Heating or Cooling Systems, we guarantee no breakdowns for up to 120 days after the maintenance is performed. In most cases this will take you through a full season of heating and cooling. If a breakdown in the systems occur, we will credit the full amount of your annual membership toward your account for repair or future service. * Offer void if any repairs were quoted but the homeowner declined at the time of maintenance.
New System Installation
To keep your labor warranty on your newly installed system a membership visit must be performed annually. Labor warranty will be void if membership visit is not performed or another person/company besides Total Climate Control works on newly installed equipment with a warrant

Terms & Conditions
Payment Failure
In the event that monthly payments fail for two consecutive months, the homeowner will be required to pay the remaining balance of the annual membership fee in full.
Non-Transferrable Membership
Membership is strictly personal & non-transferable. It cannot be assigned or shared with others (including new homeowner if the original homeowner sells the property)
Cancellation Period
Once the homeowner signed up for the membership, it cannot be cancelled prior to the completion of the 12-month period. After 12 months, homeowners have the option to choose whether or not to renew membership for the following year.
